This modern single storey extension to the frontage of an existing bungalow. The challenging design factor on this project is the client wanted plenty of light natural light to the new floor area without the lose of privacy due to property location. This was achieved by long narrow windows and roof lights. This gave the new area a feeling of space and openness, which included family area, dining and new modern kitchen.
